Criteria for Screening:

  4. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, or Microsoft are advantageous.

  5. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
